Need to Return Your Case?

At Roxxy, each item is custom-made after you place your order, ensuring a unique, one-of-a-kind product just for you. Because of this, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your case arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we’ll gladly provide a free replacement or refund. To request one, please email us at info@theroxxy.com within 30 days of delivery, including a clear photo of the issue.

As part of our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste, returns are accepted only for items that arrive faulty, defective, or damaged in transit.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
