Do we accept returns or exchanges?

At Roxxy, every item is custom produced after orders are received, which allows us to create unique, one-of-a-kind products just for you. Due to this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on any products, and all sales are final.

However, in line with our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste, we prioritize minimizing returns. We accept returns only for products that are faulty, defective, or damaged in transit.

Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?

Unfortunately, we cannot assure delivery by specific dates, as many factors are beyond our control once the item is handed over to USPS. Production usually takes 1-7 business days before shipping. We strive to keep you informed at every step, but we highly advise placing orders well in advance for time-sensitive deliveries.

My item arrived damaged. Can you help?

While such cases are extremely rare, we're happy to offer an exchange if your order arrives damaged. Please contact us through our contact form within 3 days of delivery. When reporting a damaged item, be sure to include photos of both the front and back of the item so we can address the issue with our manufacturing partner.

My item says "Delivered" but I never received it. Can you help?

Please allow 24 hours for orders to arrive, even after “delivery” notifications have been sent. If your order has still not shown up, please send us a message at info@theroxxy.com 

I accidentally shipped my item to the incorrect address. Can you help?

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we cannot replace the product or provide a refund. Items returned to us are sent back to our manufacturing partner, and we are unable to retrieve them.





How do I track my package?

Please ensure to check your email for any updates regarding your shipment. If you can't locate it, please check your spam/promotions folder.
