All of our cases are custom printed just for you so we do not accept returns or exchanges. We want you to be 100% happy with our items, so if anything at all is wrong with your item, please send us a photo and we will be happy to make it right!
Can I change/cancel my order?
Due to our rapid shipping and production procedures, alterations or cancellations to your order cannot be guaranteed.
Kindly utilize the contact form provided below to get in touch with us, and we'll endeavor to modify or cancel your order prior to fulfillment commencement. Once your package has been shipped or produced, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated. (Please ensure your order confirmation email indicates that your order has not yet shipped before contacting us.)
PLEASE NOTE: Modifications to your order can only be made BEFORE it is shipped. (Typically, phone cases enter production within a 24-hour timeframe.)
I received a defective product
On occasion, our production partner may inadvertently send a defective product or incorrect size, but rest assured, we'll swiftly address the issue!
Please use the contact form below to reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your case.
If you've received the wrong product, kindly specify the product you ordered and the one you received.
For misprinted products, please provide a photo for our assessment.
If your case is experiencing fitting issues or certain buttons aren't working properly, please send a video demonstrating the problem along with your phone model.
(Please note that a separated phone case is not eligible for exchange or refund, as all phone cases can detach from the TPU inner and outer layer.)
Once we've reviewed the provided information and confirmed the defect, we'll promptly send out a replacement for you.
